Terms of use

Draft for owner review · 30 October 2026. These documents are not final legal advice or an approved agreement.

Your account

Use accurate account details, protect your password and do not impersonate another person or business. You are responsible for activity you authorize from your account. The operator and minimum eligible age must be confirmed before these terms are finalized.

Responsible use

Do not use the app for threats, harassment, fraud, unlawful content, exploitation, spam or attempts to bypass someone’s block. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. The Community rules provide further guidance.

Personal and business accounts

Personal and business accounts are available. Business sponsorship codes can connect personal users with free-use sponsorship. Business payments are not yet enabled, and no subscription price or billing agreement has been set. Charges, cancellation and refund terms must be provided before paid services begin.

Service limitations

This is a developing messaging service, not a replacement for emergency services. Calls currently support invitations and local camera preview, but not two-way audio or video. Availability and delivery are not guaranteed. Only features actually released in the app are offered.

Safety and reports

Users can block contacts and submit reports. A report does not automatically suspend an account. The operator must establish a review, enforcement and appeals process before promising moderation response times.

Content and privacy

You remain responsible for the content you send and should only share content you have permission to use. The Privacy policy describes current data handling and remaining owner decisions. End-to-end encryption has not been implemented.

Final legal terms pending

The legal operator, contact details, governing law, age rules, dispute process, liability terms, termination process and notice procedure require owner confirmation and legal review. This draft is not a final agreement and does not claim that users have accepted it.
